About the Role:
As Curriculum Lead of Geography, you will:
Lead and develop the Geography curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Inspire and support a team of Geography teachers, promoting high-quality teaching and learning.
Drive academic outcomes and pupil engagement through innovative and inclusive teaching practices.
Play a key role in the wider Humanities faculty, contributing to whole-school improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong track record of teaching Geography at secondary level.
Have experience in, or a strong desire to move into, middle leadership.
Demonstrate excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to raise standards across a department.
Be an inspiring communicator with a collaborative and strategic mind-set.
