Our client is a leading neurorehabilitation facility in South London, renowned for its consultant-led, patient-focused rehabilitation services. They cater to both adults and children, ensuring the highest standards of care and support in a state-of-the-art environment. As a Lead Speech and Language Therapist, you will: Oversee the Speech and Language Therapy team for patients with complex neurological conditions. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients aged 16 and over. Manage SLT team rotas and ensure compliance with professional standards. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Supervise and train junior staff, students, and other professionals. Contribute to research, in-service training, and clinical protocol development. Lead service development, recruitment, and staff appraisals.Package and Benefits: Annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000.
