We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping the future of their colleagues. You'll design and deliver impactful training programs that, enhance performance, and support long term growth.
Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a forward-thinking learning and development plan that aligns with company vision
Identify training needs
Work with external providers to deliver training programs
Partner with regional managers to tailor training initiatives to the unique needs of each geographic areaThe ideal Learning and Development Manager will have / be:
Proven experience in Learning and Development
Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Excellent communication and leadership skills
