Altrincham
£35,000 & 20% Bonus
We have an exciting role to join a growing business for a Learning & Development Manager
Do you have experience in Contact Centre Operational Training?
Duties for the Learning & Development Manager:
Design and deliver training courses to new and existing contact centre advisors
Create and maintain materials
Training needs analysis and design targeted training for those individuals
Own the QA strategy to ensure continuous improvement
Coaching sessionsRequirements for the Learning & Development Manager
Proven track record of delivering training
Contact centre experienced
Strong knowledge of customer service theories
Able to design new materials
