Position: KS1/KS2 Learning Support Assistant
Contract Type: Full-time
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a dynamic team.
You’ll be supporting children across KS1 and KS2 in a variety of ways—whether it’s providing 1:1 support, assisting in small groups, or helping the teacher in the classroom.
Your role will be key to ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed!
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students across KS1 and KS2, ensuring they can access the curriculum and reach their learning goals.
Assisting with classroom activities to promote independent learning and positive behavior.
Working closely with the teacher to adapt lessons and resources, ensuring they meet the individual needs of students.
Helping to manage classroom behavior and encouraging a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
Building strong, supportive relationships with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a successful learning experience for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in education – whether in KS1, KS2, or special education, we’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running.
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
A love for working with children, with a focus on boosting their confidence and encouraging their growth.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Patience, empathy, and a sense of fun!
