About the role – Learning Support Assistant
I am currently with this school based in Barking & Dagenham who are looking to appoint a learning support assistant to start immediately. As a learning support assistant, you will be responsible for working 1:1 & 2:1 with underachieving pupils who require additional support. The school are looking for an individual who will go above and beyond for the students they will be working with, ensuring that progression is made. The successful candidate will be required to adapt to each pupil they will work with as an individual, ensuring that learning is tailored to their needs and interests.
