KS1 Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time or Part-time) in Watford LSA/ TA - 8:30am to 3:30pm over 5 days a week - Watford, Hertfordshire - Immediate start - Long-term role *** Learning Support Assistant required for Immediate Start (or after May Half-Term) *** £89-£100 per day, Full-time ***Small Primary School located in Watford ***Working as both a Classroom TA and LSA on a 1to1 basis ***Full-time assignment (The school will also consider a Part-time/ Shared timetable) Are you looking for a full-time LSA role in a thriving Watford school to start straight away? Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Provide individual support to a designated pupil with specific learning needs. Implement personalised learning strategies tailored to the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or individual support plan. Assist with classroom activities to help the pupil access the curriculum alongside their peers. Support social integration by encouraging the pupil to engage with classmates during group work and playtime. Monitor and record progress in learning, behaviour, and emotional development to inform teachers and support reviews. Promote independence by encouraging the pupil to attempt tasks on their own where appropriate. Adapt learning materials and resources to suit the pupil's abilities and needs.We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual...
