Learning Support Assistant - Hackney
📍 Location: Hackney
🗓 Interview Date: After May Half Term
🕗 Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
💰 Pay: £104.71 per day
✅ DBS: Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs? Do you have experience working with children with speech and language difficulties or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?
We are currently looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney, working across all year groups to provide tailored support for students with a range of needs.
Role Overview:
Supporting students with speech, language and communication needs
Working with pupils with ASD across Early Years, KS1 and KS2
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
Collaborating with teachers, SENCO and therapists
Encouraging progress through a patient, caring and creative approach
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEND, particularly ASD and speech and language needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Available full time, Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)
