Main Duties - Leasehold Services Officer:
Identify and account for all service charges
Respond to customer queries relating to service charges and amend accounts where appropriate
Recovery of service charges including signposting in relation to hardship
Processing of Section 20s and consultation
Processing of Right to Buy applicationsBefore You Apply
