We currently have a vacancy for a Team Manager to join our Leaving Care Team. In this role, you will lead and support a team of (6) Personal advisors ensuring performance is high with good quality pathway plans and care leaver contacts. There is also a requirement to step in as Duty Team manager 1 week in 4 (which does NOT include hybrid working on this week). You will be responsible for delivering and monitoring the service provided and will utilize the Signs of Safety model to ensure the team can effectively identify and manage risk, with a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for young people. Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:40am to 5:20pm & Friday 08:40 to 4:00pm About you You must hold a recognised Social Work qualification (degree/diploma) and be registered with Social Work England. You will have a strong background in the provision of Children in Care, along with the motivation and drive for self-development.
