Inspire the Next Generation in Business & Law Meridian Business support is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lecturer in Business & Law to join our supportive and forward-thinking Client based in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the futures of post-16 learners by delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across Level 2 and Level 3 Business programmes, while also playing a vital role in their tutorial and pastoral development.

About the Role As a Lecturer in Business & Law, you will:
Plan and deliver creative and interactive Business lessons at Levels 2 and 3.
Provide high-quality academic and pastoral support to a diverse student cohort.
Foster the development of key skills, behaviours, and knowledge needed for further education and employment.
Work closely with the Assistant Head of Department for Business, Travel & Tourism, who will provide ongoing support and line management.What We’re Looking For We value diversity and encourage applications from individuals with varied professional backgrounds. Ideal candidates will demonstrate some or all of the following:
Experience
Proven delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in a post-16 setting.
A track record of supporting learners to achieve strong academic results.
Experience providing tutorial support or acting as a personal tutor (desirable).
Familiarity with differentiated assessment methods.Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and flexible approach to teaching and team-working.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for meeting deadlines.
A learner-centred mindset, with a strong commitment to inclusion and student success.Qualifications
A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above, or willingness to work towards one.
