Are you a legal and regulatory professional with a passion for the rail industry? A respected body within the rail sector is seeking a Lead Legal and Regulatory Advisor to support the development of national rail standards and provide specialist legal advice on safety, interoperability, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of rail safety and interoperability
Lead cross-functional legal projects within a standards and policy framework
Engage with senior stakeholders and present complex ideas to non-technical audiences
Support delivery of commercial and strategic objectives
Develop internal capability in legal and regulatory understandingRequirements:
Strong experience in legal/regulatory roles within the rail sector
Skilled in business case writing and impact assessments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and think strategicallyPackage Includes:
£58,000 – £65,000 basic salary
35-hour work week
