Job Description
Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our forward thinking client in Salisbury who urgently require a Legal Cashier on a part-time 12 month FTC.
What you will be doing:
Oversee and manage cashiering duties including managing the accounting system
Reconciling bank statements
Processing supplier payments
Posting client and office transactions
Setting up CHAPS and BACS payments
Managing petty cash transactions
Month end processing and managing payroll
Preparation of VAT reportsWhat you will need to succeed:
Previous accounts experience within a legal environment is essential
Strong understanding of legal finance, Solicitors Accounts Rules, SRA and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and numeracy skills
Ability to work in a busy, ever changing environmentWhat you will receive in return:
Competitive salary
Monday to Friday *please note four days per week*
25 days holiday plus BHs
