Job Description
Job Title: Legal Executive – Conveyancing
Location: Harborne, Birmingham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Contract Type: Full-time, Office-Based
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with at least 12 months of experience in residential conveyancing to join our well-established and friendly team in Harborne.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Drafting contracts, conducting searches, and liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
Ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with current legislation
Providing exceptional client service and regular updates throughout the transaction processRequirements:
A minimum of 12 months experience in residential conveyancing
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fully office-based role – must be comfortable commuting to Harborne dailyWhat We Offer:
