o join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Legionella Risk Assessor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Legionella Risk Assessor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Legionella Risk Assessor, will be responsible for:
* Conduct legionella risk assessments manually and electronically.
* Ensure all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and returned promptly.
* Perform additional operational tasks to meet contractual commitments.
To be successful for this Legionella Risk Assessor role you must have:
* City and Guilds Risk Assessing course (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in Legionella risk assessing and the water treatment industry.
* Familiarity with ACOP L8, HSG274, BS8580-1 2019, and HTM 04-01 guidelines.
* Strong IT literacy, ability to use a PDA, and draw schematic diagrams.
* Full UK driver's license with less than 6 points. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Training is available.
