Lettings Negotiator - Bournemouth
Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS!
08:30AM-5PM
SALARY - £24-26K + Commission

What you'll be doing:
Managing enquiries and arranging property viewings
Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies
Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensuring legal and compliance standards are met
Working to targets in a fast-moving, rewarding environment
What we're looking for:
At least 6 months' experience in a lettings role
A full UK manual driving licence
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with a team spirit
Someone who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven setting
