Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: Up to £28,000 + commission
The Role
We are seeking a Lettings Manager in the Stockton-on-Tees area for an independent sales and lettings agency. As the successful candidate you’ll managing tenants and landlords across 400+ properties from a front end perspective and with the opportunity to earn commission on sales, lettings and sourced properties for clients.
The Company
This company is a modern independent sales and lettings agency have been established for 6 years deal in a wide range of properties across the local area. The owner of this growing agency has over 20 years experience in investing in property and is now ready expand the business with exciting growth plans in the mix!
The role will require
* Lead and Manager the lettings team
* Implement marketing strategies to attract tenants
* Prepare performance reports
* Arrange, manage and carry out viewings
* Complete pre-tenancy checks applications
* Tenant references
* Tenancy renewals
* Manage tenants moving in and out
* Arrange planned and emergency maintenance and repairs
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in property management or lettings
* Car and driving licence
* IT literate
* Previous experience using PayProp, 10Ninety or Inventory Hive would be an advantage but not essential
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £28,000 DOE
* Commission scheme on sales, lettings and sourcing properties
* Use of a company pool car for business use
* 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturday mornings with time off in lieu)
