Location: Fordbridge, Birmingham B37

A well-regarded primary school in the Fordbridge area is looking for a dedicated Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join their Key Stage 2 team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where your support will help pupils build confidence and make strong academic progress.
Your Role:
Support the Year 5 class teacher with daily learning activities
Provide small group and 1:1 support to pupils who need extra guidance
Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Assist with classroom preparation and resource management
Help monitor and record pupil progress in line with school policiesWhat We're Looking For:
Recent experience in a primary classroom, preferably in Key Stage 2
A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
Proactive, friendly, and confident working with children
