Lift & Escalator Supervisor – Central London
Location: Central London
Hours: Full-time
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Lift and Escalator Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of lift and escalator systems across high-end commercial properties in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise lift and escalator maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments
*
Manage subcontractors and ensure works meet safety and quality standards
*
Conduct audits, inspections, and monitor compliance with LOLER and H&S regulations
*
Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and service documentation
*
Maintain records, support performance reporting, and contribute to monthly contractor reviews
*
Respond to faults and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations
*
Support the planning and delivery of major lift and escalator projects
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
*
Minimum 3 years' experience in the lift and escalator industry
*
Strong knowledge of LOLER, CDM, and health & safety standards (IOSH preferred)
*
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
*
Excellent communication and contractor management skills
