What You’ll Do:
* Conduct regular lift servicing and preventative maintenance
* Quickly diagnose and resolve faults and breakdowns
* Ensure all work complies with LOLER, health and safety, and industry regulations
* Respond to lift-related issues across the portfolio
* Work closely and freely with our network of lift maintenance professionals to get the job done efficiently and safely
* Maintain accurate service logs and support ongoing improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
* Proven experience with lift systems (passenger/service)
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
* Valid ECS/CSCS card and full UK driving licence
* Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
Bonus if You Have:
* Experience with major brands like Otis, KONE, Schindler, or ThyssenKrupp
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
