You`re in luck, because we’re hiring for a Team / Line Leader for a busy production site where you’ll manage lines, lead teams, and try not to shout when someone jams the bagging machine for the third time today.

Who are we?

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Making sure all production lines are set up accordingly and ready for daily operation
* Leading and mentoring production staff on multiple production lines
* Efficiently use production equipment and machines such as check weighers, bagging machines and measuring systems
* Manage accurate records and reports across production
* Operate food processing machines for sorting, grading and packing
* Managing and overlooking stock levels and inventory control
* Work and assist other departments as and when required
What we are looking for:
* Previous Line Leader experience is essential (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with fresh produce or FMCG
* Food Safety Certification (desirable)
* Health and Safety Qualification (desirable)
