Live Role: Buyer (Resi)
🟠Location: Daventry
🟠Company: SME Residential Developer
🟠Salary: Up to c.£50k + package
🟠Progression: Clear path of progression to be Regional Buyer
* Play a key role in delivering high-quality homes.
* Take ownership of the procurement process
* Raising orders to managing delivery
* Ensuring materials are sourced on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Work closely with site teams, quantity surveyors, and technical staff to keep projects running smoothly
* Raise material orders and schedule deliveries to align with build programs
* Take off materials from working drawings and specifications
* Liaise with suppliers and resolve delivery or quality issues
* Conduct cost analysis and track data using COINS software
* Support site teams with timely and accurate procurement
