Are you a CeMAP qualified Loan Advisor wanting to make a difference? Our client, a top financial platform, needs a dedicated advisor for their Second Charge Mortgage team in Manchester. With growth on the horizon, this is an opportunity to join a company focused on innovation and user values.
The role offers an OTE of £60k - £70k, with a basic salary up to £42k plus bonuses. A strong overall benefits package with hybrid working and guaranteed bonuses available.

The Loan Advisor will:
Reach out to qualified leads online.
Review applications and give customised mortgage advice.
Advise on second charge mortgages using company software.
Keep updated on lender criteria and regulations.
Develop customer relationships and surpass sales goals.
Work with case managers.

CeMAP 1 qualification and over 2 years of sales experience.
