Location: Sussex
Contract Duration: ASAP- July
Working Hours: 5 days p/w- 08.30am-16.30pm (Monday-Friday)
Rate: £24.00ph - £26.00ph (Umbrella Equivalent)
Join a high-performing, compassionate physiotherapy team supporting patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology wards.
Are you an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for cardiopulmonary care? We are looking for a motivated and skilled Band 6 Cardiac Physiotherapist to provide high-quality assessment and treatment for patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) and general Cardiology settings.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert physiotherapy assessment and treatment to cardiac patients in acute and high-dependency settings.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support patients through complex recovery pathways.
Contribute to discharge planning, early mobilisation, and ongoing rehabilitation programmes.
Use clinical judgement and evidence-based practice to optimise patient outcomes in critical and post-acute phases.
What We're Looking For
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
Proven experience in an acute cardiopulmonary setting, ideally including CICU or cardiology.
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
