Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join a reputable firm, starting ASAP for 3 months + in duration.
The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established, reputable firm who have an excellent reputation in the area are seeking an Employment Locum Solicitor to cover whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis. The firm requires the Employment Locum to join them for up to 3 months in duration with a high possibility of extension.
The firm are flexible and are open to the employment locum working on a fully remote basis after the first day in the office. They are seeking someone to work a minimum of 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
The Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload of employment matters, including claimant and respondent work for employees and employers including:
Settlement agreements
Discrimination matters
Wrongful and unfair dismissal
Disputes
Redundancy and restructuring
Disciplinary and performance
Restrictive covenant matters
Corporate support

Attractive hourly rate up to £55 DOE
Secretarial support
Requirements
At least 7 years' experience as an Employment Solicitor
Experience handling busy caseloads of employment matters, including claimant and respondent work and for employers and employees
