Job Description
Logistics Supervisor – Stoke-on-Trent - Construction Experience Essential - Long Term Work
We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for a long term position in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be working on a prestigious new build project as part of a large and experienced site team. This role is to start imminently and will be for a period of 12 months. It is essential to have worked in the construction industry for this role.
You will be reporting to our Logistics Manager on site.
Duties;
Managing a team of operatives on site including Hoists, Traffic Marshall’s, FLD’s and a team of site labourers.
Oversee the site traffic management plan
Ensure an organised delivery schedule
Overseeing the Crane team and lifting operations
Inductions of site operatives and subcontractors
Attending progress meetings
Day to day management of operatives on site
Experience;
Experience on high value new build projects
Large value project experience would be beneficial.
SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
