Your role:
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the showroom - welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personal, tailored shopping experience. From first hello to delivery day, you'll make sure every customer feels valued and excited about their purchase.
Day-to-day, you'll:
Deliver a first-class customer experience every time
Build long-lasting relationships with clients
Offer expert product advice (don't worry - full training is provided!)
Manage the full sales process from start to finish
Send out samples and marketing materials as needed
Keep customers updated at every stage
Support the Showroom Manager and help drive showroom success

Experience in sales and customer service
Confident communication and great listening skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
