What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Procuring and managing external M&E contracts for facilities management
✔ Overseeing planned and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with KPIs
✔ Ensuring all services adhere to health & safety regulations and industry standards
✔ Conducting contractor and supplier reviews to drive continuous improvement
✔ Managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring value for money
✔ Providing technical expertise on mechanical and electrical services
What We’re Looking For
We value skills, experience, and potential. The ideal candidate will have:
🔹 Experience in building management and compliance (e.g., water hygiene, HVAC, fire alarms, electrical, gas, COSHH)
🔹 Strong contract management and negotiation skills
