Position: M&E Manager
Location: Midlands Region
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Coordination: Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
* Innovation: Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and address any issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Proven experience in an M&E management role with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
