M&E Quantity Surveyor
Oxfordshire
£450 day rate
An exciting opportunity has exploded working for a Tier 1 contractor in Oxfordshire as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis on a 6-12 month contract
This contractor has a successful track record on long term and large scale projects. This project in particular being £70m
M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
Preparing order of cost estimates
Deal with subcontract enquiries and tender reviews.
Manage valuations, project cash-flows, and turnover forecasts, including monthly cost reports and progress records.
Drive commercial initiatives, producing margin improvement plans
Cost Planning
Final account settling M&E Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Clear understanding of all main forms of contract JCT, NEC etc
Technical understanding of MEPH services, components that make up individual systems and how
packages are broken out and the interfaces.
