Job Title: M&E Site Manager or Supervisor
Location: Castle Donnington
Salary: £50,000 per annum (Permanent) / £300 per day (Contract)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Permanent or Contract available
We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager or Supervisor to oversee an industrial project in Castle Donnington. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background and some mechanical knowledge. Whether you’re looking for a permanent role or a contract opportunity, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Manage all site-based M&E activities on a day-to-day basis
*
Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
*
Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out safely and to high standards
*
Lead site teams and conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
*
Liaise with project management teams to provide updates and resolve issues
*
Maintain compliance with health & safety, QA/QC procedures, and company policies
*
Assist in mechanical and electrical installation works where required
*
Support commissioning and system handovers
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager or M&E Supervisor, preferably on industrial or commercial projects
*
Strong electrical background with understanding of mechanical systems
*
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certificate
*
Electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
*
CSCS card and First Aid (preferred)
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
