Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced M&E Surveyor to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. This is for a temporary contract expected to last a minimum of 3 months with a likely extension or permanent contract
Position: M&E Surveyor
Location: Gloucestershire
Hourly rate: £25 – 30 on an Umbrella or CIS basis
Key Responsibilities:
* Survey hospital buildings and create engineering drawings
* Manage CAD library for M&E drawing documents
* Survey plate heat exchangers and ventilation header clarifiers
* Create wiring plans, piping designs for plant rooms and hospital estates
* Interpret large data sets and report to estates team
* Monitor contractors and completed works
