I am recruiting for a market leader in the design and manufacture of fuel storage, serving customers worldwide across a wide range of industries. We’re proud of our dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment — and now we’re looking for a Machine Operative to join our dedicated team.
What You’ll Be Doing – Machine Operative Role:As a Machine Operative, you’ll work within our busy metal processing department, operating a variety of advanced machinery, including:
Bystronic Fibre Laser Cutter
Bystronic Press Brake
Transfluid Tube Bender
Davi Plate Rollers
Webber Linisher
Guillotine
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machines to fabricate precision parts
Conducting routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Handling heavy materials and finished products safely
Supporting a clean, efficient, and safety-first workspace
Collaborating with team members to improve processes
What We’re Looking For in a Machine Operative:
A positive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to be trained on various machines and tools
Basic math skills and familiarity with hand tools
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
Previous manufacturing experience is not essential — full training will be provided.
