Thrive Group are excited to be recruiting a Machine Operative on behalf of our well established client in the Merthyr Area.
The right individual will need to be able to work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment, and have previous assembly and manufacturing experience.
The role will consist of:-
Machine Operating experience
Working as part of a team on a designated Production Line.
Working in a timely manner to meet targets and deadlines as set by the site.
Adhering to and following the health and safety procedures as shown and demonstrated to you in the induction, in order to keep yourself and other employees safe.
Maintaining a safe and fast paced work manner to complete tasks.
Assembly and Manufacturing experience.
Undergo additional training when needed
PPE required - Safety Boots
Permanent RoleShift pattern to include:-
3 shift Pattern
Days Afternoons Nights -nights are Sunday - Wednesday 10pm - 6am and Thursday 10pm - Friday 4am
Days are Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm / Friday 6am - 11am
Afternoons - Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm - Friday 11am - 4pm
Shift Allowance £10.00 Days - £30.00 Afternoons - £95.15 nights
