Job Description
Machine Operative
Our established client based in the Shropshire countryside on the outskirts of Wellington is looking for a full time temporary to permanent Machine Operator to join their success team on the night shift.
You will be operating Sub-Assembly machinery by programming, lifting and feeding into the machine whilst following processes according to Safe operating Guidelines, in addition you will be performing regular checking of quality of product, preparing, packing and assembling products according to instructions and standards, and then assisting in stock taking & discrepancy investigation.
This role is very involved in loading and unloading the cartons which are filled with parts, the machine programming and repetitive process, will mean that the individual will need to have self-discipline and the ability to keep motivated
Ideal Candidate:
• Machine Operation experience
• A good standard of written and spoken English
• Good numeracy
• Good work ethic
• Good level of fitness – role involves lifting
• Basic Microsoft skills
Hours are 10pm – 6am
£13.10 Per hour
38.5 Hour Week
