Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - £26,000 - Static - Guildford, Surrey - Monday - Friday- Free on site parking
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in the Guildford area has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to join their team based on static site in Guildford, Surrey. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance on site.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of maintenance and looking to gain more experience within building services. In return the company is offering a salary of £26,000
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00Package
26,000 Per Annum
Overtime Available
25 Days Holiday
Free On-site parking
Training and progression opportunities Key duties & Responsibilities
Ensure plant is maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner
Assist other engineers on site
Monitor plant room
Basic general maintenance Requirements
Multi-skilled
