£48,000 - £53,000 + Overtime (OTE 60K) + Day & Night shift + External Training
Looking for a secure and stable maintenance engineer role? Great opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a well-established fresh produce business offering a competitive package, training, and long-term job security.
This family-owned business is dedicated to growing and packaging fresh produce for high-street retailers. With a strong team culture and a commitment to high standards, they are looking for a skilled maintenance engineer to help maintain smooth production.
Your Role as Maintenance Engineer:
* Reactive & planned maintenance on production machinery
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical & electrical faults
* Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Permanent Night Shift, 223 shift pattern
What You'll Need as Maintenance Engineer:
* Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an FMCG or industrial environment
* Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / BTEC L3 or equivalent)
