Maintenance Engineer
City of London (2 office sites)
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Up to £39,000 + plenty of OT available
We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across two commercial office sites in the City of London. You'll manage a range of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and handle reactive maintenance when needed — no major works, just keeping everything running smoothly.
Role Details:

Split schedule across 2 clients:
• Monday: 2 clients
• Tuesday: 3 clients
• Wednesday–Friday: 1 client
*
Call-out rota: Every other week (flexible)
*
Overtime: Regular and available
*
Salary: Up to £39,000 depending on experience
Requirements:

General building services background
*
Must hold a relevant trade qualification (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.)
*
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach
