Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + overtime @ 1.5
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
About the Company:
Interaction Technical has partnered with a well-established leader in the injection moulding industry. Due to continuous growth, our client is seeking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
Minimise production downtime by performing routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and responding to unplanned breakdowns within stipulated timeframes.
Ensure production operations maximise output and minimise downtime through regular planned maintenance.
Respond promptly and effectively to unplanned breakdowns, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.
Optimise the performance and lifecycle of operational equipment through regular preventative maintenance, collaborating with the Production team to identify and address causes of equipment wear and underperformance.
Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
Adhere to Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, SOPs, Dynamic Risk Assessments, and company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
In-depth understanding of fault finding and diagnostics on manufacturing machinery.
Electrical and Mechanical competencies.
Relevant Electrical/Mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) are advantageous.
Electrical bias is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced production environment is essential.
