Job Description
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER REQUIRED, WELLINGBOROUGH BASED COMPANY, PERMANENT ROLE, IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE, MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORKING (Apply online only), £35,000 - £40,000 PER ANNUM
We are working with a global business who supply equipment to the construction industry. We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. If you are an experienced maintenance engineer with both mechanical and electrical background we would love to hear from you.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be working alongside Health & Safety Management and the role will involve the following
To be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance of the plant and equipment.
Carry out building maintenance repairs when needed.
Work to a routine maintenance schedule for all equipment including air tools and power tools welding and paint spraying machines.
Project work to improve the safety and efficiency of equipment.
Fault finding on all equipment including electrical control panels and hydraulic systems
H & S compliance of all maintenance operations
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills & experience
Experienced in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering ideally with 17th or 18th edition electrical qualification
Experience of operating scissor and boom lifts
A good working knowledge of H & S regulations
Experience/knowledge of overhead gantry cranes and welding operations would also be advantageous although not essential.
Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
