Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Operative on a perm contract in Spalding, Lincolnshire
You will be joining a live care home development contributing to the maintenance of various residential units within the home.
Responsibilities
Snagging & repairs of a live care home units
Floor laying for small bathrooms & kitchens
Carpentry knowledge
Tiling & Patch plastering
All round skills
Paint & Decorating experience
Requirements
Can do attitude
Experience and qualified in multiple areas
Open and willing to work on multiple requirements throughout each day
DBS Required
Benefits
£25,000 to £35,000 experience dependant
