Job Description
Are you a qualified plumber? Do you have a strong background providing maintenance across commercial properties? Want to work for a leading FM company?
Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing facilities maintenance provider who are looking for a plumber to join their team in mansfield on a large static site based in LS9.
Package:
Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
On call (£150, optional to take part)
Plenty of overime availableResponsibilities:
To undertake planned and reactive works on plant equipment and fabrics of the building
To communicate effectively via the CAFM System
Ensure all works are completed within the agreed SLA's
Complete all relevant paperwork as and when required
Take part in team meetings, including tool box talks etc
Complete monthly meetings with the client to discuss overall performance
Work as a team and take part in other remedial tasks as requiredIdeal candidate
NVQ level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
Experience working within a facilities management capacity
