PRS Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work with one of our most prestigious clients in London. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive pay rates ranging between £20.00 and £22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties:
Complete PPMs in a timely and efficient fashion
Ensure Reactive works are completed in a timely and efficient fashion
Basin & Tap Changes
General Building Service Maintenance
Minor Fabric Works Fixing Broken Doors/Locks etc.
Ensuring the site is kept in full working condition
Ensuring full compliance & Health and Safety are being met
Provide a positive working environmentRequirements:
City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
Experienced as a Plumber
