Rate: £18 Per Hour- PAYE Basis
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a range of commercial properties in the Southampton area.
Role Overview:
Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings
Ensuring all works are completed to high standards and within health & safety guidelines
Collaborating with on-site teams to minimise disruption and maintain service levelsRequirements:
MUST have commercial maintenance experience within the facilities maintenance industry
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
Proven track record in plumbing maintenance
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and problem-solving skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team with the potential for the contract to be extended beyond the initial 3-month period.
