Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor
Orion is partnered with a fast-paced food manufacturing company located in Doncaster who are recruiting for a confident Maintenance Supervisor with a background in FMCG.
Salary: £48,000 - £54,000 DOE
Shifts Double Days
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
Machinery maintenance – Food processing machinery like slicers, mixers, packaging machines etc..
Supervising a team of Maintenance Engineers on site
Working alongside management team
PPM’s
Continuous improvement projects in production
Updating SOP’s
Fault finding & troubleshootingMaintenance Supervisor Experience:
FMCG/Production line machinery maintenance
Supervisory experience within an FMCG environment
Mentoring junior Engineers
Electrical qualifications
Multiskilled – Must be confident in both electrical and mechanical machinery maintenance
Working with PLC’s
Experience in food manufacturing or ideally food processing industry
Machinery installation in a production line environment
Maintenance Supervisor Benefits:
