Rotating Day Shift - Monday - Friday
What You Will Do:
Oversee site facilities management, including lighting, plumbing, sprinkler systems, fire alarm maintenance, and HVAC systems.
Conduct general repairs to buildings, roads, drains, and other infrastructure while ensuring compliance with insurance and BRC standards.
Manage contractors effectively, including issuing permits to work and ensuring safety standards are met.
Support engineering teams with TPM activities, including PPM cycles, corrective work, and compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
Collaborate with engineering management to resolve machine issues and optimise production equipment performance.
Implement cost-effective solutions while adhering to budgetary constraints, ensuring value for the business.
What You Will Bring:
Certification as a qualified craftsperson with NVQ or C&G in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-skilled disciplines.
Proven experience in a maintenance environment, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and a strong track record of adhering to PPM schedules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and contractors.
A hands-on, detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
This role is pivotal to the company's mission of delivering excellence, the Maintenance Technician TPM / Facilities will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the company’s operations, contributing to its reputation for quality and service.
You will have current or recent experience working as a building services engineer, facilities engineer, TPM engineer or Site Services Engineer.
