Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting, decorating, and general maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, application of paint, and finishing.
Conduct general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other related tasks.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues in buildings and facilities to determine necessary repairs.
Maintain and update maintenance records and reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.Qualifications:
Proven experience in painting, decorating, and general maintenance.
