Are you a qualified Management Accountant looking for a role with real variety, exposure to multiple entities, and the chance to make an impact? We're working with a fast-paced, values-led organisation based in Norwich that's looking for a confident, commercially aware finance professional to join their growing team.
This is more than just a month-end role - you'll be producing accurate management accounts, analysing performance, supporting budget cycles, and working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive decision-making. If you're a natural communicator who thrives on data, insight, and accountability - this could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing and presenting management accounts across multiple entities
Supporting budget planning and reforecasting processes
Carrying out detailed variance analysis and revenue reconciliations
Delivering accurate balance sheet reconciliations and statutory reporting
Preparing VAT returns and supporting external reporting obligations
Leading bi-weekly cash flow forecasting
Collaborating with Group Finance on systems and reporting developments
Supporting audit processes and wider business projects
What You'll Bring:
A professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 1 year PQE
Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and forecasting
Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong eye for detail
Confidence to liaise with non-finance teams and present financial insight
