The Opportunity
They are looking for a Managing Consultant to join their team and work directly with their MD and founder, who brings 20 years of construction industry experience. As a Managing Consultant, the candidate will balance their own desk responsibilities with team leadership duties. They'll grow and manage a diverse team of resourcers, consultants, and senior consultants while handling the full recruitment process, building strategic relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring their developed team meets its performance goals.
