Access Talent Group is a specialist Engineering Recruitment company focused in the Civil Engineering, Building Services and Transport Infrastructure sectors, owned and managed by highly experienced experts in the industry who you will be working with day-to-day.
Having quickly grown the business with notable success across England and the Republic of Ireland, we are looking for an experienced Consultant to grow our presence in Northern Ireland, taking advantage of the numerous PSLs we work on, alongside the large and varied wider client base. In short, we want to take our strong success across the border, capitalising on the existing client base with offices in Belfast, so this is a great opportunity to run your own office and client base with a head start!
Our Clients are varied, from major water companies and global engineering giants, alongside the biggest Oil & Gas Operator in the world, through to smaller, niche firms offering specialist engineering and consultancy service to their respective markets.
This role will suit an experienced Consultant with lofty ambitions but perhaps held back from being able to reach maximum potential at your present employer. It will be offering flexibilty and autonomy, the chance to grow a team around you, with the backing of an established operaton.
We are looking for Consultants with experience in the Engineering sector, able to hit the ground running and work on live positions from day one, with the requisite industry knowledge to do so. You will be fully supported in all functions of this role - internal recruitment, back office support, resources - with regular director interaction.
The role will be home based with a view to acquiring office space as soon as desired (this could be immediately if the pandemic has you bored of the same 4 walls!) and in line with team growth. Much of our client base have Belfast based offices, so applicants must be willing to travel to the city centre for business trips where necessary.
